Lunch cantonese egg gravy noodles

the original Nissan noodles is very crispy n flavoured in itself.so i cooked a cantonese crispy noodle dish which is wat dan hor or a egg based gravy with clams,mussels,fish ball and green vege .this is like the creamy white sauce in pasta which is milk based.i put chicken stock n tapioca starch as thickener.my favourite fruit is seasonal lychee im addicted to.a glass of oolong tea.im full.
