lunch n dinner
lunch is mini chicken pau with wood ear fungus,a salad of mixed cucumber,purple cabbage,red beans,mango in thousand island dressing ,a cup of oat,rye,black sesame n tiger milk mushroom a dessert of cherry from Turkey n china lychees.
for dinner i cook cantonese cabbage,shitake mushroom ,dried prawn ,duck liver sausage,fish paste,chicken in one pot rice and a bak kut teh chicken soup with button mushrooms.bakkut teh or meat bone tea is a chinese favourite herbal soup with pork n mushrooms.since i dont like red meat,i use chicken n chicken legs that give collagen for my knee.so fragrant as there is dong quai ginseng,garlicn so on
