So exhausted

i overdid my workout on the rowing machine n sprain my shoulder joint.feel aching pain when i carried two bags of heavy groceries. ran errands around town going to banks and telecommunication shops for phone repair.it was a terribly blazing hot day and i got so sweaty n tired.so i went to eat at Kam Kee Cha Chan Tang,had the macaroni soup with liver.i need to replenish iron coz of daily physical workouts n eating vegetarian n fruit. ive been painting my artwork,baking bread n cakes,grocery shopping,running errands,cooking lunch n dinner,cleaning the house that i feel so tired.need to boost iron and protein intake thro natural sources.
