Big breakfast




 Made an oatmeal porridge with milk,eggs n blueberries,a fruit salad of pink guva,jackfruit n avocadova a glass of pu erh tea.hmm.its a childhood breakfast i love.

Lunch i cooked ABC soup with chicken,potato,carrot,tomato,honey dates,big onions n parsley .i added fish dumplings so it was a healthy diet of protein n vitamins.cantonese soup is my antidote to stress and backpain n imsomnia.
