I havent cooked n eaten red meat for over 20 years so my chance of gout is low risk.i only cook chicken and seafood.but Jun had gout when he ate pork n beef outside with friends.the pain in his toes n feet made him drink tart cherry juice and i forced him to give up red meat.now my diet must cut off all shrimp,crab,mussel n squid n only consume oily fish. I cook vegetable everyday n force him to eat fruits once a day.the next thing is force him to exercise outdoors.hes so lazy to swim or run.complain the local avocado i bought is tasteless but im gonna be a fierce tiger mom before he gets serious NCD.i make avocado shake with chocolate sauce.sneaky mom
Im sneaky put fruit n vege in baking bread n cakes.its banana bread,carrot,pineapple cake,purple berry cranberry bread,apple tarts n apple crumble,strawberry tarts,quiche with spinach n tomato and fritata with brocolli n mushrooms.my korean japjae is filled with shredded vege n mock beef.have to be creative cook.
Lunch is fruit salad of mango,jackfruit,blueberry n watermelon,glass of orange juice and a fish noodle soup with milk,tomato,carrot salted vege ,taufu n fishballs
