Home cooked meal






 I enjoy cooking all kinds of cuisine from East to West.but my fondest memory is nostalgic Cantonese food as my grandma n mom are awesome cooks.i cooked double boiled lotus root chicken soup with honey dates,longan,goji berry,dried oyster n octopus.yummy comfort food on a cold,wet nite.then i cooked a sweet n sour chicken cubes with pineapple,tomato and celery in sourplum,tomato,chilli n apple cider vinegar to add a kick.i stir fried crunchy cucumber with wood ear fungus,glass vermicelli n dried taufu crisp in a red yeast rice sauce with sesame oil.i miss good old traditional cantonese food so much.hoi hoi sek.
