Juns singaporean gf gave me a birthday treat.i love Japanese food and had an awesome dinner at ebitsu altitude at banyan tree hotel in Kuala Lumpur.I really enjoyed the refined subtle taste of soft shell crab maki,unagi maki,umi maki,tempura,cawan mushi.the cawan mushi was par excellent with umami of stock in silken smooth egg custard and the addition of ikura eggs popping in the mouth released the aroma .it is orgasmic titillating the taste bud.the soft shell crab was full of briny goodness deepfried but not oily whicb is the hallmark of a great chef.tempura was light and crispy which is a dream come true and paired with a cup of steaming sencha was a gastronomic delight.
The panoramic view of the skyline is soothing
