I love baba nyonya food as a fusion of malay n chinese cuisine.dinner i cooked ayam pong teh with chicken,hard boiled egg a stew of bean curd sauce taucheo,five spice powder,cinnamom,star anise and lots of garlic,onion n ginger in thick black sauce,caramel n red bean curd.the smell is damn nice but i forgot buah keluak
