The power hiking sandals i bought in Bata shoes broke finally after 4 years of wear n tear.its my daily footwear and has been to Sri Lanka n Bali with me and suits activewear whether ocean walking in Bali or trekking in Sri Lanka.today the sole detached from the bottom and back strap snapped.
I hobble back to the car n drove to Bata shoe shop to get a new pair.i declutter shoe closet and only own 1 pair hiking sandals,1 pair sports trainers,3 pair office sandals n 1 pair of flat court shoes n 1 pair of high heels.so thats the same with handbag.i only own 3 handbags.enough is enough.the new weinbrenner hiking sandals is well designed and has sturdy grip compared to my old power sandal.i tested it and the sole design was sturdy with deep treads.its important as when we re crossing flowing streams,the grip prevents falls on slippery moss n algae on stones.should last 5 years
