Lunch of chicken bao n dim sum,fruit salad n a cup of earl grey tea.i always have fruit for breakfast or lunch .now Jun indulges my plant milk or kombucha prebiotic drinks.i also like home cooked food for healthy choices like 10 grain rice with pumpkin seeds,quinoa,millet n brown rice.i buy omega eggs or hormone free chicken.i prefer to bake my own bread n cakes using corn oil,high fibre wholemeal flour.i read in a cna docu on empty calories in soft buns with fillings so i bake my own banana bread,oatmeal loaf,carrot cake,pineapple upside down cake or my latest matcha barley green bread with red bean n black sesame seed.jun also prefers home baked bread n cakes.i put in effort to eat healthy and reduce oil,salt n sugar.i use monk fruit or stevia sugar and use red dates or longan to sweeten soup.
Today i bought a garland of jasmines to adorn lord buddha for deepavalli.i love the fragramce of jasmines.
