Mini quiche lorraine








 I baked mini quiche for tea n breakfast.power protein in eggs,cream,milk,cheese,chicken ham,spinach n cherry tomato.better than get high uric acid from dim sum for breakfast.now i buy chicken or fish frozen dim sum,bbq chicken bao or prawn har gao.need to forgo red meat at this age.next week i bake egg tarts so i buy carton of 30 eggs which last me 2 months only.

Lunch is indonesia soto ayam or mashed rice cubes in spicy chicken soup with potato,carrotn big onion topped with parsley leaves.i added serai,gimger n tumeric to help juns cold n flu recover.
