Time for Italian pasta

I cooked Juns favourite Spaghetti Bolognese with a can of Italian crushed tomato,big onion,celery,chopped tomato,chicken stock,oregano,bay leaves,black pepper.i fried pop corn chicken instead of using beef meatballs as i dont like beef. sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese a bit of italian parsley,Jun loved it and ate a ,huge plate. He said he dreamt of eating the French sardine rillete i cooked and ate with toasted garlic bread. Last nite i used leftover chayote squash i cooked with dried shrimps,mixed in chopped cabbage and spring onion ,flour,eggs to cook Korean pajeon or pancake.I made a steaming hot cup of ginseng tea with goji berries and green Indian grapes.such a lite dinner and so tasty like the savoury pancakes Mom used to cook on Sunday with hairy gourd,dried shrimps n chinese sausages Tonite i will cook Italian macaroni in cheese and herb sauce with button mushroom n mixed vege and carrot n chicken fillet. i bought English muffins from Jaya grocer and put in a fried egg,lettuce,smoked pork loin to eat with baked beans,mango cubes and a glass of grape juice.Dessert i bought from Lotus ,Italian doughnuts or bomboloni filled with fresh cream n jam.i like wes
tern food.
