Kelantan fish curry

i like nasi dagang and fish curry or gulai ikan tongkol.Instead of tuna slices,i bought spanish macketel or ikan tenggiri i got at rm 5 for a medium slice.i got 4 slices to cook with cucumber chunks in the curry.ate with the pickled achar i made. i also went to Lotus to buy 2 slices of salmon for rm15 for next week Dragonboat festival dinner.gonna cook a herbal steam chicken wrapped in paper,sweet n sour prawns,teriyaki salmom steak n crabmeat egg foo yong.dessert is tang yuan in osmanthus syrup ,zong zi and lychees dinner i cooked shrimp in chilli sambal with onion rings and cabbage n pumpkin cooked in coconut milk.kobis dan labu masak lemak.lunch i cooked Shandong jia jiang mien or Korean jja jang myeon.i used minced chicken instead of pork.
