Seamless transition from indoor to outdoor

I like multi function clothing that can transition seamlessly from indoor wear to active outdoor wear.This.morning i wore my grey pants n white tshirt to the office to do some admin work.it was cold in the air con office so i always leave my suede jacket on my chair.My colleague saw 2 MM running in the office,not mickey mouse but monster mouse.I joked its time to bring our pet cats to the office. Crazy at 1pm there was a sudden heavy thunderstorm.Crazy weather.I went to the petrol station to fill up my gas tank when i saw a young Malay delivery rider wet and taking shelter at the gas station with the parcels on the back of his bike.I respect these delivery guys for rushing under time limit whether rain ot shine to deliver food and parcels to our doorstep.Its a hard days job so i took out the disposable raincoat from my car and gave it to him.I advised him to ride carefully.He thanked me as I drove off. The sun came out at 2.30pm and it was blazing hot and sunny.I checked the temperature was 31 celsius so I drove to the eco park.I really missed the outdoors and nature and this time I encountered wild monkeys foraging for food. After i went home,i decided to go for a swim.It was so relaxing to chill out in the pool. tonite i can feast on rich food after the workout.My zumba friend put on 2 kilos after she stopped working out for 2 months.I invited her

to rejoin the kiara park zumba at the weekends.I can enjoy sinfully rich food if i burn the calories after exercising.i eat with no guilt as food is my passion.
