Scorching heat

The heat is scorching hot.It was 29 oC at 8am and will peak at 34 to 35 oC by 2am.im gonna soak and swim and chill out in the pool.Even my pussy is drinking a lot .When i let him nap on the sofa with me in the afternoon,i need to put his cat toys on the sofa.the catnip tiger tail and i got from the 2 Ecoshop a rope tassel so he wont pull on the drawstring on my shorts. Last nite i waited for nightfall and cooler temperature to make a tiramisu cake.i bake my own bread like pang susi and foccacia,portugese egg tarts,muffins,quiches n cakes as it is so expensive to buy them at premiom bakery like Komugi and Lavender nowadays.The prices of flour,cheese,cream and butter are so costly. I bought the cheapest cream cheese to make topping as mascarpone cheese cost more than rm 35 for a tub.premium good block of butter cost rm21 or more.i substitute with margerine or corn oil.i wish Malaysia learn from Thailand to improve food production from chickens to fruit and vegetable as we need to reduce food import bill.Even a huge populated nation like China can export fruit and vegetable to other nations after meeting its domestic consumption.Even Japan can export seafood and pork and beef. dinner i cooked fusion chilli crab spaghetti.i used frozen crab meat n del monte tomato ketchup as taught by mom. delicious sweet n sour n hot sauce. out of meat.i use canned sardine,tuna,baked beans,frozen mixed vegetable,canned mushroom,frozen meatballs and my pickled acar and kimchi.i will stock up on meat every 2 weeks from chicken to seafood .im gonna buy 30 eggs from giant at rm10 as i need to make cakes n tarts.i run to 3 hypermarts n wet markets for good deals.this year price of pork so expensive so the chinese zongzi is costly at rm11 for one.i wish i learned from mom how to wrap dumpling in bamboo leaves im impressed that Asean has brought together the Confucian culture of East Asia and the Islamic culture of the Middle East.The multilateralism of global exchanges in academic knowledge,tourism,business and culture has to be strengthened to promote stability and prosperity for the global south.But Malaysia should improve linkages using high speed rail to link our international airport to KL so that there wont be any bloody roadblocks at highways and city roads whenever major international events are hosted.Dont disrupt daily lives as it should be business as usual and not shutdown schools and commercial activities.
