Pole dancing

i used to have misconception that pole dancing was a vulgar,gross and insulting dance by strippers to entice male species.That was until i saw an old 61 year old muscular Australian guy with a white beard doing a pole dance in a talent show.Wow After viewing a few other male pole dancers im impressed by their lithe graceful athleticism.Its like rhythmic gymnastics but needs agility to slither up and down a pole and swing around it sometimes even upside down. Now this Dama is thinking of switching to try pole dancing.Will i end up like a hippo trying to do ballet? My old body is not fit for pole dancing.this evening i tried to swing on the monkey bar after doing warm ups.i think ive pulled a shoulder muscle.rubbed deep heat ointment n listen to my body.i dont want a meniscus tear so wall climbing n pole dancing are out of my scope.gonna go back to swimming as its gentler on the joints.
