I baked an apple orange spiced cake for teatime.its filled with chunks of fuji apples in an orange cake .its tart sourish citrus taste with orange rind n juice infused with spices like cardamom,cinnamom,nutmeg and vanilla .topped with slices of orange in brown sugar n all spice.a slice of paradise as its soft,fluffy and fragrant with spices n orange juice.i really love the taste.awesome recipe.
