Yam rice

 Im superthrifty and remember not to waste food. I recycle leftovers like steam chicken n rice to make yam rice for dinner.i braised chicken n yam,shitake mushroom n carrot in fermented red bean curd before putting in the leftover rice into the mixture.then drank the leftover wintermelon soup.i remember how my granny tapau in doggy bag the leftovers like roast pork n chicken after lavish wedding banquets to cook with salted vegetables,tamarind slices n dried red chillis for a dish called chow gwok .it is so tasty and i miss it.
