Asam laksa



 Dinner i cooked sourish spicy asam laksa Penang.i used anchovy n mackerel to boil soup base added tamarind slices ,chilli paste,daun kesum n torch ginger.serve with sliced pineapple n cucumber n mint n deboned fish meat and a spoon of prawn paste or petis udang.so appetising.
