Stuffed bell pepper n tomato

Last nite i cooked bell pepper n tomato stuffed with minced chicken,grated carrots n onions n i cooked mee sua or hokkien wheat vermicelli in miso soup with kombu n lettuce.the leftover pepper n tomato i cooked spaghetti bolognaise for lunch with tuna button mushroom sauce.

Dinner tonite is indian aloo gobi or potato cooked with cauliflower.i added fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi,dried cumin seeds,tumeric powder n a bit of tomato puree.really yummy indian vegetable dish.then i grilled chicken drummet with soy sauce,maltose n 5 spice powder n kicap manis.a sino indic dinner.i need to buy containers to organize my spices from indian,chinese,malay,thai,japanese,korean,italian,french and british.
