Salad lunch


 Im learning a lot from the younger fitness fans at the park like doing stretching before warm up,squats,sit ups,lunges.one is a body builder and another a surfing coach and a parkour coach.

Im having fruit salad of local avocados,pink quava and jackfruit,a tub of yoghurt n japanese sencha.hmm the influence of the younger fitness fans as theyre careful with calorie intake.dinmer is thai style toast chicken n fried lettuce.
