Goodbye lousy Celcom poor service provider.mostly one bar can't surf internet.worst Telco is a rip off.lucky many competitors like maxis,u mobile etc.im gonna migrate to Digi.good riddance to no service Celcom.2024 new Telco n out with the bad coverage rip off customers.
They block service a few days before expiry date and charge credit advance although you stop the advance service.unscrupulous business tactic of Celcom, I need to use free public wifi for coverageLooking forward to better coverage with Digi n terminate Celcom non services like what Jun did.There is some f*$#king faulty data management system with Celcom.at the Celcom service centre in taman tun Dr Ismail,the counter front office staff were fucked up by a furious customer this morning due to the lousy management system
He migrated to a new Telco provider n Celcom sold his phone no to another Celcom new subscriber.thats inconvenience to man as he lost his business contacts.he went 5 times to check n got furious at the lousy Celcom system.so it's time Celcom buck up or lose out like Post Malaysia to private competitors that offer better services like JT and T.If customers lose confidence in Celcom services,how much confidence will potential investors have?
If Celcom n Digi telcos merge,will bad management practices of Celcom be transfer to Digi?I will give it a 3 month trial period at Digi before switching to Maxis or U mobile.
