Age is catching up

To get the best buy for my budget i need to run to wet market,hypermarket NSK,Lotus,Giant,Hero and Star Grocer as i cook an international cuisine.Every cent counts with the rise in food prices.Now red meat especially pork,beef,lamb n fish n shrimp is unaffordable as its gone up so high.Six small pieces of pork belly cost rm18 and dont even dare look at fish.A red coral garoupa frozen imported from Sabah cost rm 1,000. Running here and there to service the car,change battery n tyres is so tiring as there is no one stop centre.the shop specialize in car air cond is far away from tyre shop or the battery shop. After i reached home,i unpacked the wet grocery to put in the fridge n daily necessity in the pantry cupboard until i forgot all about the frozen dim sum of fish ball and har gow shrimp dumpling and char siew baos in my backpack.i put it on the chair and really forgot it was there until kitty kept on clawing my backpack and sniffing the food.i thought he was just frisky and shoo him away with my water gun.the greedy cat smelled the dim sum but the next morning while putting my water tumbler into my backpack to go workout,i saw the dim sum which smelled bad.i threw away the spoilt food and felt like giving myself a tight slap for being bloody forgetful and ignored the supernose of kitty.i lost nearly rm20 of good dim sum. this afternoon i ate comfort food of delicious nyonya rice kuih with banana,tapioca,pandan,yam and coconut milk and a glass of teh tarik.not gonna buy takeaway food coz i will forget to keep it in the fridge.
