Delicious kitchen

got a new plastic apron thats made of plastic n stain proof.the old cloth apron absorbs tumeric and dark soya sauce and its too dirty to wear. i cooked french food for Sunday.vegetarian potato croquette and panfried chicken chop in korean spicy honey garlic sauce.the potatos had to be mashed n mixed with flour n mixed vegetable n green scallions before frying in the pan.i love the way french creatively used humble potato to make fre nch fries,potato croquette,pommes anna,potato dauphinoise or potato gratin or hashbrowns n potato baked in jackets.the french are great foodies like the Chinese. for Wesak im gonna cook korean n japanese temple food shojin ryori.i will cook korean japchae using mock beef and sweet potato glass noodle,miso soup with tofu and fried tempura with brinjal n ladies finger.then a western vegetarian meal with potato croquettes,arancini rice balls and mock burger made of lentil and indian vegetarian breakfast of rava thosai n vadai.wow indian,korean,japanese n western vegetarian.im spoilt for choice.vegetarian is not boring n bland.
