Sunday jungle gym

It was drizzling lightly this morning so zumba outdoor class is cancelled.I went to the jungle gym for workout.the wild native plants with bright orange colour on a creeper has been sold commercially in horticulture centres as a climbing creeper for fences.look at the vivid orange blooms on garden fences Sunday is home chores day.went wet market to get grocery and got fruit,vege,n some chicken mince n ulam thai basil.then its cleaning the home and clearing kittys cage n mess he made in the garden balcony.water n fertilise my plants,kitty took a nap on sofa .then its meal prep for next week.baked banana bread with coconut flour 6 eggs n 3 bananas n raisins.no oil or butter needed.then i baked 4 chicken meatloaf and stir fry minced chicken with thai basil put in a freeze for next weeks lunch.gonna cook thai food,banana bread with chicken meatloaf,japanese shrimp n vege tempura with miso soup and a korean soy garlic chicken with green boy choy n cawan mushi.then maybe noodles with chicken dumplings n a linguine in tuscan red clam sauce. I like international cuisine but cant afford to eat pork or lamb as its really too expensive .for captain kittys birthday in July im gonna make a tuna mousse shaped like a fish or he prefers to eat mouse sashimi.yucks.gonna get kitty a new toy for his birthday hes my heart throb as he is a cheeky n greedy cat
