How do you live?

reading the book by Genzaburo Yoshino i came across an excerpt by BLaise Pascal, a 17th century French philosopher." All of man's unhappiness stems from his inability to stay peacefully alone in his own room."my reflections on how a monk can be happy staying alone in his cave meditating n being cut off from the outside world and entertainment. ill be depressed without my smart phone half a day. this book provided pointers on how to live like the book by mitch albiom on tuesday with morries.i gonna live fully in the present.i gonna live as if i were dying. "human beings are so great that they demonstrate their greatness by recognizing their own misery A tree does not recognize that it is miserable."blaise pascal. but it is thanks to sadness, hardship and pain that we come to know what a true human being is. this is not limited to the pain n suffering that one feels in ones heart.likewise, the pain and suffering that we feel right in our bodies hold the same sort of meaning.we take our health for granted until we lose it.so pain and suffering hold lessons for us.
