after eating rich food with cheese,curry,etc,i detox by eating pluan tec chiew ten grain rice porridge.eat qith condiments like black century egg,saltwd egg,braised peanuts,salted black bean,stir fried tomato n vege n salted egg deep fried bitter gourd chips.its like digital detox.my plants make me smile
