Meat free day

im trying to go meat free once a week the chicken schnitzel made by harvest gourmet is soy protein n look ntaste so good.i cooked sweet potato mash,salad of avocado cube,red pepper,lettuce,a n glass of iced lemon tea.great lunch the purple flowers are blooming in the heat n my favourite corner with wayang kulit of rama n sita against the abstract ink wash of my painting of a solitary tree.life feels good in lockdown.this sunday i get my covid vaccination n feel more protected in public.but i still wear mask n follow social distancing.
