Today i cooked traditional chinese grandmas food,hairy gourd stuffed with minced chicken,scallions,goji berry n chopped shitake mushrooms drizzled with oyster sauce.the vege seller at the wet market gave me loofah instead of hairy gourd.the sing gwa is loofah ,the chit gwa is hairy gourd.the fat sau gwa is chayote.probably the chap cant understand cantonese
