Kitchen experiment

 Im experimenting with Cantonese classic soup old chicken double boiled soup of cordycep flowers,dried figs,longan flesh,goji berry,dried oyster,dried squid n scallop sauce

One is placed in an old coconut and the other in a young ,green coconut.now which taste better

? The old coconut has a richer taste but the young coconut is naturally sweeter.for lunch ,i drank soup,matcha soya latte,a jelly
