Marriage is over rated in this day and age.does it mean that you cant be happy and your life is incomplete unless you got married.thats the traditional thinking of the older generation that they havent done a good job as parents unless their children are married.thats bullshit outdated misconceptions.you can be married and really miserable because youve outgrown each other and your needs differ so much that you feel you are living with a stranger.its a stupid idea to think once youve found a person who makes you happy,thats love.unless you love yourself first,its useless to put your own happiness in another persons hands.
Its pathetic due to parental pressure,the young,single Chinese has to hire a fake boyfriend or girlfriend to accompany them back for lunar new year just to please the parents.if you truly love someone,you can be with them and dont need to be bound by a ring to be happy.
