Today i baked Eurasian bread Pang Susi.Jun says its the best bread hes eaten.its made of flour,mashed sweet potato,butter,egg ,yeast and cold.milk.the filling is minced chicken stir fried with onion,garlic,chopped candied winter melon,parsley,coriander powder,5 spice powder,nutmeg powder,light and dark soya sauce n oyster sauce
The bun is brushed with beaten egg wash n baked for 30 mins
Its sweetish due to candied winter melon,has chinese spices like 5 spice n coriander powder n the dough is a bun
Its a lot of work to bake it.but so self satisfying
