Anti inflammatory food
ive been replacing dairy with plant milk like almond or hazelnut milk.cut out red meat for over 20 years n eat chicken n fish.try to use olive oil n coconut oil and eat fruit n vegetable everyday.cut out white rice eat ten grain rice.eat soba,millet n non gluten n use stevia or monk fruit sweetener.try eat probiotic kefir,kombucha,greek yoghurt n tempeh.
cook n bake at home.now must try vegetarian as chicken getting costly.with floods,even price of green vege has risen.
food self sufficiency is crucial to avoid imported inflation.we cannot survive on eating durian n drinking palm oil.give incentives for food production like subsidized fertilisers.if Thailand can export fruit n vege to us,why cant we grow our own.
