Wrong fried rice

it is cultural abomination when i saw uncle roger review of jamie olivers recipe for disaster on cooking chinese fried rice with prepacked cooked rice.oh my gosh,he use olive oil ,not corn oil or sesame oil and sizzle spring onion not chopped shallot n garlic.he used chilli jam,yucks is that indonesia nasi goremg with sambal olek! then he put tofu into fried rice.this is the most unpardonable thing to do to tofu.finally he added more olive oil.STOP,who wanna eat that shit .you sprinkle sesame oil or soy sauce.so this was like the time i entered a cafe n ordered yang chou fried rice.the rice was freshly boiled n soggy.hi,please use chilled overnite rice.the cook used salted egg,someone must have cock eye to mistake fresh egg for salted egg.i paid up n walked out.Nowadays i eat at home jun complained about inauthentic cooking by inexperienced chefs that kill the appetite.he ranted eating thai basil leaf chicken rice in which chef sprinkle black pepper he has lived in Bangkok before and reviewed the inauthentic chinese cook who used black pepper in thai dish.this is not black pepper chicken chop.fusion cooking works if the taste is enhanced not destroyed by mismatch ingredients sweet n sour works with orange,lemon or sourplum sauce,pineapple,tomato but i had nitemare eating sweet n sour with canned lychees.
