i wonder if Malaysians are adventurous to try healthier calorie free mooncakes.i use monkfruit sweetener,konyakku jelly n fruit n goji berry.now i will try a fusion malaysian mooncake with cendol gula melaka and a rose bandung and a blue bunga telang with coconut natto jelly mooncake.or blue bunga telang with pandan and black jelly.the taste would be localised or even teh tarik with ipoh white coffee kaw.
