intermittent fasting and brunch at 12pm.having red yeast chicken bao,two custard bao n a wholemealbmantou,a glass of sesame soya milk n a dessert of bluberrys and kiwi n mandarin.dinner is quinoa noodle with steamed chicken,braised shitake mushrooms n spinach.work out to rm 8 per meal.its healthier n cheaper to dine at home.
