Spring festival or lunar new year

the chinese new year songs are being played at malls n people are hopeful for a reunion dinner with loved ones this year.i HATE spring cleaning as its so tiring.get Marie Kondo to come to reorganize the clutter in my kitchen.ive decluttered the linen cupboard,now need to do the same for book shelf,kitchen cabinet display cabinet.what do i do with the many books ive read and the huge volumes of DVDs movies ive collected and the plastic containers in the kitchen cabinets.i need to wash the window curtains,dry clean the sofa and handwash the delicate throw rugs. thinking of spring cleaning is so tiring,not to talk of taking down ornaments on xmas tree. im thinking of living like a neantherdal in a Man Cave,no furnishings,no cabinets,no pictures to dust n wipe.now minimalism is stress free.live like a hermit in a cave n sleep on a bed of straw,no need to wash bed linens and pillow cases.the more a hpuse is decorated and furnished,the more we slave over housework.sigh
