Recipe for culinary flop

my cooking disaster was the almond jelly in longan and the vegetarian yam basket.i used the wrong kind of almond milk n agar which solidify the jelly n placed in the overly cold fridge,the jelly turned to ice which melted into spongy texture.i had to throw away the disaster.the yam basket turned me into a nervous wreck as the yam n dough wasnt right proportion n the yam ring disintegrated n broke up in hot oil.instead of a yam ring,i had yam chunks charred black.next time i will review my mistakes to try again.lucky its not for reunion dinner.i need to rehearse the spinach tofu next.hope it will be edible
