last nite icooked a famous Portugese salted cod fish stew called Bacalao.its in a can.i ate it in Lisbonn loved the rich flavour.bottom is slicex potato,caramelized big onions with all spice n garlic,top with salted cod sliced hard boiled egg and green olives.i used extra virgin coconut and olive oil.love the robust flavour
