Check weather forecast before outdoor activities

now i check weather forecast before i exercise outdoor.two women hikers were swept away by flash floods while mountain hiking n buried under the mud and debris. i also wont do paddleboarding if it forecast thunderstorm or strong waves.this morning,i forgot to check and it rained heavily in tbe park.in the tropics,heavy thunderstorm with lightning is not advisable to be outdoors near big trees.the branches can be struck by lightning and fall on the cars or runners.flash floods may cause traffic standstill like when i was caught in a 3 hour long traffic jam the other day. but the rain is good for plants on the balcony coz they thrive well.so i do indoor zumba to the beat of Havana n mambo.
