Lunch n tea treats

i baked mini pumpkin tarts with eggs,almond milk and all spice.it tasted like kaya texture.then i cooked rice noodles in clams broth with ginger rice wine and fermented bean curd.the clams were so fresh.juns singaporean friend is coming next week .ill make acar pickle,pumpkin tart,strawberry coconut tart for her to bring back.i love it when juns friends enjoy my cooking as when his myanmar girlfriends stayed overnite n i cooked baba nyonya curry for them.his malay pals love the pineapple cherry upside down cake i baked for them.thats why jun can never lose weight.i cook too much good food
