just saw workout video that say flatten your tummy in 7 days with stand up cardio exercise.with all the good food i love to consume,is that achievable?now how do i flatten the abdomen and push the fat from my stomach to the back of my butt to get it looking like JLo bootilicious butt.maybe only liposuction that drains fat from stomach to fill in the butt.or if not fake push up pads for butt as the push up for busts.that is easier said than done.
