Mental space

need really to declutter my mind from being bombarded with news n videos of war,suffering,pain and covid infection numbers.really need to meditate tonight to clear this mental block. visited Ulrich Janse Van Vuurens tweets and appreciate his photos of his 9 km hike outside Johannesburg,what an amazing view of water,grasslands with wild giraffes grazing and beautiful plants.the lily he planted bloomed like the peace lily in pure white but mine is red heart shaped blooms.then the wonderful sunset outside a hipster cafe was so relaxing.johannesburg is such abeautiful city with proximity to nature n wildlife.lucky guy to stay there.
