Sugee or semolina cake

tonite i baked a sugee or semolina cakes.it a Eurasian xmas delicacy of western influence like the kek lapis of indonesia.this is a rich buttery cake with the grainy texture of semolina n bits of chopped almonds.the whole jitchen smells wonderful of almond and vanilla extract.hope it can last one week.next week i plan to bake pumpkin bread topped with dark chocolate.
