tonite i cooked Malay food the ayam masak kicap which is chicken cooked in kicap manis,onion,soy sauce,dried prawns n red chilli n curry leaves.no curry powder needed.i also cooked the nyonya salied fish bone curry with cabbage,brinjal,carrot.so fragrant n appetizing dinner
