i bought lunch from a petrol station that sells delicious kuih and prepacked rice.one is blue coloured nasi ulam w fried chicken n the other is nasi dagang with tuna curry.i ate the nasi dagang w tuna curry n its orgasmic n send me to food heaven.the curry was fragrant w a hint of sour tamarind.the perfect kelantanese curry.the rice should add in biji halba n shredded ginger to give a kick the kelantan nasi in capitol cafe in uptown is more authentic as they are open by the brancb in kota bahru.the keropok lekor from capitol cafe is extraordinary especially the chilli sauce.
im a fussy diner and capitol food meets my expectation like laksam n kerutub.
