today is so hot.after an hour exercise at kiara park,i felt lightheaded as i skipped breakfast.quickly bought coconut water to drink to rehydrate.
i saw a huge monitor lizard near the pond.there must be lots of fish for it to eat as it looked like godzilla.scary long tongue.
