A farmer

jusr viewed on youtube an American elderly farmer who talked about how her passion for farming led her to quit her practice as an acupunturist and bought a farm in Idaho.She had two open heart surgery n reolaced a damaged heart valve twice and doctors prognosis was another 5 years of independent life.but the looking after of sheep n hens and livestock gave her a new lease on life.she does organic husbandry with grass fed sheep n free range chicken.she turned her farm to an air b and b to generate income.looks like its hard physical labour which kept her alive and kicking to this day.so our sedantary city life is surely unhealthy. i sure hope travel ban will be lifted as i would go to wongsanit ashram in thailand for a retreat and see how organic lifestyle can be like make my own soap or tiedye using plant dye.then i would love to go to natural parks in Taiwan like sun moon lake and stay on a farm to experience farm life.i wanna try a hot spring spa there and see the taroko gorge.please let the pandemic be controlled by end of next year.
