Culinary exploration

i used to avoid baking as my cakes and bread were inedible.but the covid lockdown with panic buying of bread caused a shortage so i was forced to learn to bake.now its the best form of therapy and anxiety buster.the journey of the accidental baker started with some overripe bananas and an excellent recipe from youtube someone shared and i was hooked on baking bread ,cakes and tarts. now i unleash my creative culinary skill .im baking a lavender, earl grey tea cake with blueberry topping this week.sometimes we learn from earlier failures and instead of shutting down,we persist and improve as we learn and grow from our earlier mistakes.it is like this with all new things in life.we may have fallen, give ourselves a good laugh, pick ourselves up and say now let us give it a new try.who knows it may turn out well this time.so if you have had a broken heart as things didnt turn out as expected, dont be dejected
.pick yourself up,brush off the broken pieces and open yourself to a new exploration.you never know whats around the corner.
