Disability scooter

i saw this disabled rider riding this disability scooter from her house near the shops to buy groceries.she modified a basket at the back to put grocery but i wonder how she can get to the shops when thete is no handicap access ramp until i saw her phone the store assistant who packed the grocery to put into the back of the scooter.resourceful old lady.she has regained independence.
